How to Get a Loan

Once you select us to obtain your home loan, you'll be amazed at how quickly and simply the loan process moves. Before you know it, you'll have a mortgage that suits your financial needs.

Here's an overview of the loan-application process

STEP ONE -- Apply Now! Getting started is easy

When you've selected a property and have a contract with the Seller, or have an idea of refinancing your existing loan, the next step is to complete your loan application. This can be done easily through our website. To get started, select an application from the list on the left.

You will then receive a link to establish a secure connection to our site where you can upload documents needed to complete your application, receive the required loan disclosures, and check the status of your loan.  

STEP TWO -- Appraisal of the property to be secured 

As your lender we select the appraiser and place the order for your loan. The appraiser will contact you or your realtor to schedule a convenient time to inspect the property.

 STEP THREE -- Your Loan is Approved and Funded

Your attorney will be notified of your approval and title information will be obtained through them.

We will coordinate with the attorney and you'll sign the final papers at their office.
